Unfortunately Saigon Cafe has just closed. This is a restaurant that my family has been going to for decades. It was nestled in Cascades Shopping center in Sterling and was a go-to for Vietnamese food. It will be sorely missed.

When we found out Saigon Cafe was closed, we looked for another Vietnamese restaurant in the Cascades complex. We found A Taste of Vietnam, and it was very good. Hard to compare to memories over decades, but we had an excellent lunch.
